BREAKING NEWS: Just In Los Angeles Dodgers Confirm Another Injured Update

Blake Treinen, a reliever for the Los Angeles Dodgers, sustained a frightening injury on Saturday. While facing the Texas Rangers, Treinen was hit by a comebacker. He instantly collapsed to the ground in agony. Treinen suffered a contusion to his right rib, as later disclosed by Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. Ardaya adds that Treinen is getting X-rays right now.

Treinen is anticipated to contribute significantly to LA’s bullpen. After pitching for the Dodgers from 2020 to 2022, the 35-year-old sustained an injury that kept him out of the 2023 season. In 2024, he wants to become one of baseball’s best relievers once more.

In his first season in Los Angeles, Treinen was competent; however, in 2021, he excelled. In 72 outings, the right-hander pitched to a brilliant 1.99 ERA. Due to injuries, Treinen was only able to play in five games in 2022.

Nevertheless, it is evident that he has the ability and aptitude to recover. It is the Dodgers’ hope that Treinen’s injury is not too catastrophic.
