With Brock Bowers leaving for the NFL, the Georgia Bulldogs have just lost one of the best tight ends in program history. As the nation’s best tight end, Bowers is anticipated to be selected in the first round of the NFL Draft in April after taking home back-to-back John Mackey trophies in 2022 and 2023.
Bowers finished his Georgia career with 175 receptions for 2,538 yards and 26 touchdowns, averaging more over 15 yards per catch over the final two seasons. He was a unanimous first-team All-American in 2023.

Georgia is considered the best team in the NFL and will need to replace Bowers in an offensive scheme that benefits from having a dynamic tight end. Nick Saban is leaving the team.
Regretfully, the Bulldogs’ tight end room suffered a serious setback on Tuesday.
