The Dallas Mavericks have revealed that superstar Luka Doncic’s left hamstring injury will keep him out of Thursday’s NBA action against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
This development follows Doncic’s early departure from Wednesday’s game against the Golden State Warriors due to left hamstring soreness. The Mavericks won 109-99 in the end of the game.
Doncic will stay behind while his team travels to Oklahoma for their back-to-back series’ second game. The Mavericks will have a vacation after their game against the Thunder before playing the Denver Nuggets on Sunday.

Doncic’s remarkable run of seven straight games with a triple-double is cut short by this injury setback. On Wednesday, he finished with 21 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 assists before leaving the court with 6:46 remaining in the game.
Shortly before leaving the game again, Doncic was observed heating up his left hamstring. Doncic left the game soon after making an alley-oop pass to teammate Daniel Gafford; upon landing, he seemed to be in discomfort. He quickly informed coach Jason Kidd that he needed to leave and headed for the locker room.
