Ready to play for the Seahawks, linebackers Tyrel Dodson and Jerome Baker are. Though the Seahawks declared on Wednesday that they had been activated, the two players had been placed on the physically unable to perform list by the organization last week. They are now ready for their first training camp session since moving to Seattle, having signed with the team this offseason as free agents.
Also activated by the Seahawks was cornerback Lance Boykin. Three of the 12 players the Seahawks placed on injured lists have now been cleared to play again, making up five of the activations. To the 90-man roster, the Seahawks additionally added two players. They signed Marcus Simms, a former UFL receiver, and Jalen Sundell, an undrafted rookie lineman.
