Williams, who recently signed with the New York Jets, feels that rookie wide out Garrett Wilson will allow him to replicate some of the glory he shared with another top receiver with the Chargers.
“I just felt like it was a great fit for me,” Williams told journalists. “Aaron, I want to play with him. Pick his brain and learn from him. Playing beside Garrett reminds me of Keenan. We have similar playing styles and are excellent route runners, and I believe we can compliment each other in that aspect. The running game is really solid, and the defense is great, so I believe we have a good opportunity.”

Wilson is a rising star who has performed like one of the league’s top receivers in his first two seasons, catching 178 catches for 2,145 yards and seven touchdowns, averaging 12.1 yards per reception.
