JUST IN: Steelers revealed the level of seriousness in trading this top sensational wide receiver from……

Trade talks are now being pursued by the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys. Brandin Cooks of the Cowboys was one of the four deals that NFL Analysis’s Devavrat Kulkarni recommended the Steelers make:

The Steelers might also consider Brandin Cooks, the No. 2 pick in Dallas right now, in addition to Aiyuk. Additionally, considering that the Cowboys themselves have a poor receiving corps, this deal doesn’t seem all that realistic. However, the Cowboys might reconsider if the deal offers a decent value, particularly in terms of draft capital. Additionally, it would provide more playing time for their remaining young receivers, which would undoubtedly be beneficial in the long run.

When training camp began, it was uncertain what the Dallas Cowboys would do without CeeDee Lamb, but the wide receivers have significantly improved. In addition to younger receivers like Jalen Tolbert, Jalen Brooks, Jalen Cropper, Tyron Billy-Johnson, and Ryan Flournoy shining in practice, veteran quarterback Brandin Cooks has led by example. Despite a minor setback that hindered him, Flournoy has demonstrated particular promise when he has been on the field. The Cowboys offense is “really cookin’ with Cooks,” according to Mickey Spagnola of Dallas Cowboys.com, two weeks into training camp. With so much uncertainty at the position, it would be intriguing to see if the Cowboys would let go of a veteran like that.
